Course Benefits
The purpose of this course is to enable participants with the adequate competency through the relevant knowledge and skills, in order to correctly identify the difference between genuine and fraudulent travel documents.

Who shoud attend
Passenger Services Agents for Turkish Airlines and their local handing agencies (mainly TGS in Turkey but not limited to). The majority of the target population is under the age of 30 and in most cases this is their first job out of school. Thus, a more active learning environment is required to keep their focus on the tasks at hand.

The Secondary Target Population is made up of each station?s supervisors and managers, who are not directly involved in the travel documents control, but supervise and have the ultimate authority over the Passenger Services Agents.
