AIR CREW CRM Courses - Initial (CRI), Recurrent (CRR),

Course Description
The air crew CRM courses have been developed to satisfy the EASA requirements related to CRM training. The course is conducted in a classroom environment by experienced instructors in both operational and academic fields. CRM sessions are conducted using factual occurrences, practical examples and with interactive activities. On the client’s request, we can tailor and integrated the CRM sessions with other recurrent training elements.

Target Group
These CRM courses are tailor-made and designed for aircrew (flight crew, cabin crew or technical crew) undergoing the following CRM ground training: initial, recurrent, operator conversion, type conversion or command.

Course Outline [Modular]
The course material is be based on the CRM elements described in:
• AMC1 ORO.FC.115 (g) – Table 1.
and
• AMC1 ORO.CC.115 (e) (g) – TaBLE 1.and
• AMC1 ORO.TC.110 (a)
The air crew CRM courses satisfy the EASA requirements set in ORO.FC.115, ORO.CC.115(e) and ORO.TC.110

Course Entry Requirements:

• English Language Proficiency.
• Licenced or attested aircrew (flight crew, cabin crew or technical crew).
